DNO reports a working interest production of 28,998 bopd and net entitlement production of 19,413 bopd in January 2011.
The working interest production increased from 20,885 bopd in December to 28,995 in January due to higher local sales in Kurdistan.

39575 Export of crude oil from the Tawke field in Kurdistan commenced on 2 February 2011 and crude oil is presently being exported at a rate in excess of 50,000 bopd. The Iraq Federal Government budget has just been approved by the parliament in Baghdad and the interpretation of that budget with respect to payment of IOCs (international oil companies), and the export requirements of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), will be assessed and communicated in due course by KRG to DNO.
