Fredriksen kjøper aksjer
John Fredriksens selskap Geveran Trading Co. Limited har kjøpt 2.179.230 aksjer i Northern Offshore Ltd til kurs 13,10 kroner per aksje.
Det betyr at posten gikk for 28,5 millioner kroner.
Ny beholdning er 47.264.225 aksjer, noe som tilsvarer 30,61 prosent av selskapet.
Tirsdag gikk aksjen opp 7,35 prosent før den sluttet på 13,15 kroner.

30815 John Fredriksen's Geveran Trading has built up a 30% stake in Houston-based drilling outfit Northern Offshore.
Oslo-listed Northern says that the tanker tycoon's investment vehicle grabbed 259,323 shares at NOK 12.36 ($1.92) a piece, according to documents filed with the Oslo Stock Exchange on Monday.
Following the transaction, Geveran says it now controls 47,523,548 shares in the offshore player.
At NOK 12.36 the slice is worth roughly $91.2m.
As TradeWinds has reported, John Fredriksen's daughter Cecilie grabbed a seat on Northern's board of directors earlier this year. She also holds board spots at Activ Kapital, Ship Finance International and Golden Ocean Group.
According to the company's website, Northern Offshore controls six drilling floaters including a drillship.
